Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once hostel admission is confirmed and payment is made, no refund will be provided under normal circumstances. IVY Cultured Living Private Limited(Ivy Living) operates as a dedicated college hostel, and admissions are strictly limited to enrolled students of the partner college. Since rooms are blocked for the entire academic year and cannot be re-allotted mid-term, hostel fees once paid are non-refundable.

Exception

A refund may be considered only if the student’s college admission is officially cancelled. In such cases, the refund will be prorated based on the remaining academic year. Valid proof of cancellation must be submitted.

  • Admission Fee
  • Maintenance Charges
  • Mess Fee (if availed)
  • Student Portal Charges

Refund Processing Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 60 days (2 months) of receiving all required documentation.

Mode of Refund

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via bank transfer to the student’s or parent’s bank account as specified in the refund application form.
